Welcome to low self esteem web. It was built with purpose on mind. There are no products to be sold. No ideas to buy in. No guru to follow. The purpose is simple - to pay back what I have received, to say thank you to all the people that taught me and shared with me, to spiritually gain more through free sharing, and to learn myself more.

Over the years, I have researched many teachings and methods. From what I have learn, I will share here. You are free to use or not use what is offered - the choice is yours.

While I am no expert, I certainly have a wide view on what's available, what's most probably helping, what not, and what's most probably just a nonsense or scam. Simple forum just opened so feel free to drop by for a discussion, or ask fellow visitors.

The core of the web are my notes on what works and some techniques being shared. We invite you to post, shall it be questions or reviews, or comment on the information available. It's only through sharing and communication that we all can learn more.
